Calzone Recipe

    Ingredients

    • DePalo Pizza Dough
    • Mozzarella cheese*
    • Ricotta cheese
    • Pepperoni
    • Sausage
    • Egg wash

    Tools

    • Baking pan
    • Knife
    • Rolling pin
    • Pastry brush

    Directions

    Preheat oven to 450°F*

    Flour your work station

    Stretch dough into a circle

    Cut dough in half and roll it into a ball

    Add sausage and pepperoni on one half of the circle

    Add mozzarella and ricotta cheese to the other half

    7

    Fold dough on to itself and hand crimp the edges

    Transfer to pre-greased pan and brush on egg wash

    Score the top of calzone and place in the oven  at  450°F* for 15-20min

    Serve with your favorite sauce and enjoy!
